Ordering
We welcome receipt of your orders via mail, telephone, fax, or online through our website. Please complete all information requested. When ordering computer software, be sure to specify the type of computer and disk size. If you have questions or need additional information, call 800-228-6178, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time or email us at info@thingsforlearning.com. We would be happy to be of assistance to you.

Pricing
We will make every effort to maintain catalog prices as long as possible. However, in cases of large price increases by producers we will have to bill you at the new price(s). If that will result in exceeding your obligation significantly, we will contact you for approval prior to shipment. Customers in North Carolina add .0675% sales tax.

Previewing
We will be happy to have you preview any item(s)with a few exceptions if you are considering purchasing. Simply have your purchasing office to send us a purchase order marked "30 Day Preview." You will then have 30 days to preview and return the item(s) to us in like new condition. Your invoice will be credited in full upon return. Your only obligation is the return shipping cost. However, we will expect a return of the item within the 30 day period. If it is not returned in that time your invoice is due and payable. Additionally, it is your responsibility to insure and be able to verify the return shipment. In making returns please include in the package a copy of the invoice or packing slip under which the original shipment was made.

Shipping
All shipments will be routed via the most economical way utilizing UPS, Parcel Post or Motor Carrier. Actual shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. In estimating the cost of shipping, please allow 15% (minimum $6.00), or 20% for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

Terms of Sale
Upon receipt of an authorized purchase order number, we are happy to extend all public institutions terms of net due in 30 days. Orders from individuals should be accompanied by a check or credit card # (MasterCard or Visa).

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction of any item that you purchase. Upon receipt of your order,if you are unhappy with any product simply call 800-228-6178 to get a return authorization number. Certain items will require a 25% repacking fee. You may receive a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling and if necessary the 25% repacking fee) based on the method of purchase. Include a copy of the original packing list or invoice inside the package along with instructions as to how we are to handle the return. The only requirement that we make is that returns be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and that all items returned are in like new condition. Additionally, it is your responsibility to insure and be able to verify the return shipment.
